To Create a New Quiz & Test, follow the below steps:
Login to Almanack
Click on the AI Tools button on the left side menu:
The Tools page is displayed.
Click on the Quizzes & Tests Tile.
The Quizzes and Tests page is displayed.
Select a Course name from the Course drop down list field or type a new Course name and hit Enter button on your keyboard.
Select a Lesson name from the Lesson drop down list field or type a new Lesson name and hit Enter button on your keyboard.
Select the option "A file that you Upload" in the field "What should it be based on?"
A "Select File" button to Upload the file is displayed
Click on the "Select File" button
A pop up is displayed with a "Browse" button to browse the file.
Click on the "Browse" button & browse a file from your local computer.
The file gets uploaded and displayed on the pop up.
Click on the "Upload file" button.
The Start adding Questions button gets enabled:
Click on the Start adding Questions button
The Assessment page is displayed showing different options to add the type of questions in the assessment.
Click on any of the buttons for example +Multiple Choice button.
The app shows the option to enter the number of multiple choice questions to be added to the assessment.
Enter a number and click on the Add button.
The Assessment is created successfully with 5 multiple choice questions.
You can also add different type of questions to the assessment like True or False, Short Answers, Essay, Matching, Fill in the blank, Open Ended, Diagram Labelling and Long Answers.
To view the answers for the questions created in the assessment toggle on the Show Answers button.
Upon toggling on the Show Answers button, the app shows the correct answers below each question.
