How to export a course plan to Google Docs

To export a course to Google Docs, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the courses page
    Log into your Almanack account and in the left sidebar, click on Lesson Planning > Courses.

  2. Open an existing course

    From the list of courses, select a course by clicking on the course name

  3. Click on the Export Course Plan button

4. Click on the Export to Google Docs button

5. Once the export is successful, the message: 'Export to Google Docs was successful' will be displayed.

6. Click on Open.

7. When you click 'Open', a pop up is displayed to sign in to your Google account

8. After signing into your Google Account, the 'Course Plan' gets saved as a Google doc in your Google drive.

How to export a course plan to a Microsoft Word Document

  1. Click on the Export to Microsoft Word Document button

  2. Once the export is successful, Export to Microsoft Document was successful message will be displayed. click on the Open link.

  3. Upon clicking the Open link, the downloaded Microsoft word document is opened and displayed to the user successfully
