Almanack

To Export a Unit Plan, follow the below steps:

Go to the Courses page Log into your Almanack account and in the left sidebar, click on Lesson Planning &gt; Courses.

Open an existing course, from the list of courses, by clicking on the Course Tile

The Course page is displayed with a list of Units

To View the Unit Plan, Click on the Unit name.

To Export Unit Plan, click on the Export Unit Plan button on the right hand side

Two export options are displayed to the user

To Export to Google Docs, click on the "Export to Google Docs" button.

You will be prompted to sign in to your google account

The Unit Plan is exported &amp; saved in Google Docs.

A success message is displayed to the user.

To Export to Microsoft Word Document, click on the "Export to Microsoft Word Document" button.

The Unit Plan is exported &amp; saved as a Microsoft Word Document in your local computer

4. To View the Unit Plan, Click on the Unit name.
 The Unit Plan is displayed.
 
 
 
5. To Export Unit Plan, click on the Export Unit Plan button on the right hand side
 
 
 
6. Two export options are displayed to the user
 
 
7. To Export to Google Docs, click on the "Export to Google Docs" button.

8. The Unit Plan is exported &amp; saved in Google Docs.
 A success message is displayed to the user.
 
 
9. To Export to Microsoft Word Document, click on the "Export to Microsoft Word Document" button.
 
10. The Unit Plan is exported &amp; saved as a Microsoft Word Document in your local computer
 A success message is displayed to the user.
