How to create a new Worksheet based on a Link from the Internet

  1. Login to Almanack

  2. Click on the Tools button on the left side menu:

  3. The Tools page is displayed.

    Click on the Worksheets Tile:

  4. The Worksheets page is displayed.

  5. Select a Course name from the Course drop down list field or type a new Course name and hit Enter button on your keyboard.

  6. Select a Lesson name from the Lesson drop down list field or type a new Lesson name and hit Enter button on your keyboard.

  7. Select the option "A link from the Internet" in the field "What should it be based on?"

  8. A Link field is displayed:

    Enter a URL or a link from the Internet.

  9. You can also enter a Description in the Describe the worksheet field to provide more details about the format of your worksheet:

  10. Click on the Create button.

  11. The Worksheet is generated automatically by Almanack.

    A preview of the Worksheet is displayed on the right side:

  12. After the Worksheet is generated, check the Worksheet by using the scroll bar.

    If the Worksheet looks good, click on the "Looks Good: Open in Editor" button.

  13. Upon clicking the "Looks Good: Open in Editor" button, the Worksheet page is opened.

    You can now edit the Worksheet.

  14. If you want to change the content of the Worksheet generated by AI in step 12, click on the Regenerate button to regenerate the Worksheet.

  15. On clicking Regenerate button, the Worksheet gets re-generated and user can click on the "Looks Good: Open in Editor" button.

  16. If you go back to the Lesson, the newly created Worksheet is displayed in the Resources section:
