To add Resources to a Lesson using AI, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Lesson Planning on the left side menu & click on the Lessons tab

  2. Click on the Lesson Name that you wish to edit

    Clicking the lesson name will open the lesson.

  3. In the lesson page, click on the +Create Using AI button

  4. A pop up is displayed with a list of Resource types supported by Almanack.

    Select a Resource Type for ex: Slide Decks and click on it

  5. The Resource (Slide Deck) page is opened with pre-filled Course & Lesson Names. The previously generated resources are displayed on the right hand side

  6. Select an option in the field "What should it be based on?" for example "Learning Objectives"

  7. Upon selecting the option in the previous step, the Learning Objectives are automatically generated by AI & the Next button gets enabled

  8. Click on the Next button. The Slide Deck Outline gets generated by AI automatically

  9. Check the Slide Deck Outline, if the outline looks good, click on the Create button. Upon clicking the Create button, the Almanack AI starts generating the Slide Deck on the right side.

  10. Once the Slide deck is completely generated, check the slides by using the scroll bar. If the slide deck looks good. Click on the "Looks Good: Open in Editor" button

  11. On clicking the "Looks Good: Open in Editor" button, the slide deck page is opened. You are allowed to edit the slide deck.

  12. If you do not like the content of the slide deck generated by AI in step 9, click on the Regenerate button to regenerate the slide deck.

  13. On clicking Regenerate button, the slide deck gets re-generated and user can click on the "Looks Good: Open in Editor" button.

  14. If you go back to the Lesson, the newly created Resource is displayed in the Resources section
