To translate the entire Slide Deck to a different language, follow the steps below:
Open an existing Slide Deck by following the steps in this document or create a New Slide Deck
After the Slide Deck is opened or created, click on the "Differentiate" button on the right side panel
The Panel expands to show the button "Translate this Document"
Click on the the button "Translate this Document"
A drop down list is displayed to "Select Language"
Click on the drop down list and "Select Language"
The "Translate" button gets enabled.
Click on the "Translate" button
The Slide Deck gets translated into the selected language.
The right side panel shows the Original and Translated versions
Check the translated slide deck, If everything is fine, click on the "Looks Good: Add translation" button
The selected language version gets created and selected by default. A tick mark is displayed next to the version to mark it as selected
In case you do not like the translation, you may re-translate the slide deck by clicking on the "Re-translate" button
The slide deck is translated again by Almanack AI
You can always switch back to the Original version by clicking the "Original" button
The Slide Deck language can be switched between Original and Translated Versions by clicking on the respective buttons in the right side panel
To Delete the translated version, click on the Delete button next to the Translation version button
