How to upload your own standards (or curriculum expectations) to Almanack from a file

  1. Click on Curriculums menu item in the sidebar

  2. Click on New curriculum

  3. This will create an empty new curriculum

  4. You can edit the name of the curriculum by clicking on it and typing a new one

  1. Click on Add standards (depending on your country, this may say “Add expectations” or similar)

  2. You will then be presented with a dialog listing various options to import standards.

  3. In the dialog, click on Add your own

  4. Select how you want to load your standards: from a Text, File, or from a URL

  5. For this example, we will use a file

  6. Click on the upload button and then select your file

  7. You will then be prompted to select a page range

  8. You can also add additional context or instructions by clicking on the Add additional context button

  9. Click Start

  10. You’ll see a progress indicator.

  11. Once processing is done, you will be presented with standards.

  12. Click on the Import these button to import the standards

  13. You should now see the imported standards in the Curriculums tab
